Whether the layout of supermarket stores is reasonable or not directly affects the purchasing behavior and shopping experience of customers.A reasonable layout of supermarket stores will make customers have a good shopping experience and further stimulate their shopping desire.On the contrary,unreasonable layout of supermarket stores cannot effectively guide customers' purchase behavior,and bad shopping experience and purchase exper:ience to some extent affect the repeat purchase rate of customers in supermarket stores.The layout design of supermarket stores based on customer satisfaction and consumer psychology can effectively improve the customer experience and satisfaction of supermarket stores.SLP-system Layout Planning is an effective method of facility Layout and design.It has been widely used in foreign countries and has been welcomed and applied by many large supermarkets and stores after being introduced irtto China.But the domestic local small and medium-sized local supermarket stores for the system layout design method is still relatively unfamiliar,the scope of application is relatively small.This paper intends to use the method of systematic layout design(SLP),analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out layout planning and comprehensive evaluation for small and medium-sized supermarkets,in order to provide certain reference and guidance basis for the facility layout of small and medium-sized local supermarkets.As the largest comprehensive supermarket in Gaobeidian city,Hebei province,Q supermarket pays more attention to the layout and adjustment of the facilities inside the supermarket,but most of the time it is based on the experience accumulated in more than 20 years of operation and management and the imitation and reference of the layout design of large supermarkets at home and abroad.In terms of layout design,there is a lack of theoretical basis and scientific guidance,and in terms of the research on customer shopping experience and purchase behavior,there is even a blank.In the face of the gradual subsidence of foreign supermarkets and large domestic supermarkets to small and medium-sized cities,as well as the impact of the development of e-commerce and the change of consumer consumption habits,layout optimization and service improvement is imminent.This paper on the qq supermarket to carry on the field survey and map layout,and then to the supermarket customer questionnaires at random,using the improved SLP method to layout inside the supermarket,to the supermarket between the regional logistics and the logistics relations were analyzed,and concluded that the relative locations between each area,and thus makes feasible supermarket layout scheme,and to generate the layout of the scheme using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate.
