The service outsourcing relationship goes throughout the entire process of the service outsourcing,and directly affects its cooperation performance.The current outsourcing relationship features in multi-agent complex dynamics,which influence the establishment and sustainable development of the outsourcing relationship.Trust is the fundamental element of outsourcing relationship governance.The relationship effectiveness is the goal of outsourcing relationship governance.Regarding how to build a sound trust mechanism becomes the core condition of the formation and continuous development of the outsourcing relationship.What trust mechanism of multi-agent relationship exists,whether there are differences in different trust mechanism of the multi-agent relationship,and how to affect dynamics of trust,the academic community haven't yet given a reasonable explanation and effective revealing currently.Given such a situation,multiple case study method is exploited to study the trust mechanism and evolution path problem of the outsourcing multi-agent relationship in depth based complex adaptive systems theory.This research consists of three parts.Firstly,it is literature review.In this part,the author reviewed relevant literatures about the outsourcing relationships and trust systematically,sketched out the core ideas of complex adaptive systems theory and summarized the existing research to find out deficiency and theoretical gaps.Secondly,it is the theoretical model building,which is composed of the third and fourth chapter.The author analyzes multi-agent characteristics of service outsourcing in view of CAS theory and builds the internal model and the evolution model of trust,proposes four trust mechanisms of agent: evaluation mechanism,feedback mechanism,dynamic mechanism and path dependence mechanism,and then establishes the trust mechanism model.Dividing the outsourcing interaction modes into direct,indirect,mixed categories.the author builds a theoretical framework on the basis of analyzing trust evolution path in different interaction modes.Finally,it is multiple case study including the fifth and sixth chapter.The author selectes case samples through semi-structured and in-depth interviews,documents,and informal communication,field research and other ways to collect data from multiple perspectives.Adopting content analysis and the Nvivo10 qualitative data analysis software to code analysis the case data,then author analyses case and discusses furtherly in order to validate and improve the theoretical framework of the paper.This study suggests that there are four trust mechanism in the service outsourcing relationship,the agent interaction modes are the key pre variable to the trust evolution mechanism,different interaction patterns form different trust mechanism,resulting in different trust evolution path.What's more,the theoretical framework has a better theoretical explanation for multi-agent relationship of trust mechanism,and further reveals the dynamic evolution of the trust internal mechanism.
