Economic Development Path Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Under The Environment Ethics Rules

Since the industrial civilization Environmental issues has evolved into a global problem.Environmental pollution is particularly serious pollution problems in Jing-Jin-Ji region,Jing-Jin-Ji solve environmental problems looming.For the study of the relationship between Jing-Jin-Ji region environmental problems and economic development in the academic field involving a wide range of.Environmental ethics is the theoretical basis to solve this problem.Currently,many schools on environmental ethics.The purpose of this paper is to study the integration of different views of environmental ethics,environmental ethics from the perspective of analysis of the reasons Jing-Jin-Ji environmental pollution problems,thus providing a theoretical basis and guidance to solve the problem of environmental pollution in Jing-Jin-Ji region.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction,describes the purpose and significance of the concept paper and paper-related economic agents involved were defined;The second part is the theoretical review,reviews the environmental ethics and theoretical point of view the research process,and describes the concept of evolutionary game;The third section summarizes the research experience of the relationship between economic development and environmental quality and environmental management of domestic and foreign;Under the fourth part is Environmental Ethics impact on the economy of Jing-Jin-Ji subject behavior,study the effects of different anthropocentric ethics and the ethics of sustainable development to the production behavior,consumer behavior,government regulation in three areas;The fifth part research on the behavior of economic agents between the use of evolutionary game theory;Part VI on the basis of the above study,the development of environmental economic policy system of checks and balances to build economic development are two aspects,design the feasibility of a path for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and economic environment.The innovation of this paper is that study the problem of environmental pollution in Jing-Jin-Ji,Based on environmental ethics,analysis the behavior of individual economic agents to the micro-level,Study the effects of different environmental ethics on behavior of economic agents.By Evolutionary game analysis the evolution of behavioral strategies of economic agents,providing feasibility of the proposal for Economic and environmental development in Jing-Jin-Ji region...
