| Multi-attribute decision making is an important part in decision making field.It is widely used in military,economy,management and other fields.In practical decision-making,the bounded rationality of thinking and the complexity of the external environment result in the uncertainty of decision information among which the randomness and fuzziness are most important and receive wide attention from scholars.The cloud model which was proposed by Academician Li Deyi is a kind of uncertainty transformation model based on the fuzzy mathematics and probability theory,it can describe the uncertainty situation where the randomness and fuzziness coexist well.In order to ensure the fairness and justice in practical decision-making,decision makers need to consider the expected value of each scheme under the different attributes and it is of practical significance to solve the decision problem considering the expected value of the scheme in each attribute.Because the decision maker is not a completely rational person,and has a certain risk attitude when treating the losses and gains.Therefore,in practical decision,the psychological behavior of decision makers is taken into account and a multi-attribute decision making method considering double expectation based on cloud model is proposed.In view of the shortcomings of the existing methods for calculating the similarity of the normal cloud model,the concept of shape similarity and distance similarity of normal cloud model is proposed,the method of integrated similarity measurement of cloud model is established.Considering the interest of users,the concept of familiarity similarity of cloud model is put forward,the neighbors are identified based on familiarity similarity of cloud model,then recommendation results are obtained.Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of the recommendation.Based on the similarity measure method for cloud model consdering both shape and distance,the relationship of the diatance similarity for cloud model and the distance between two the cloud models is mined,the calculation method of diatance similarity for the normal cloud model is simplified,then simplifies the calculation of the integrated similarity measure of the cloud model.Finally,a numerical example is used to illustrate the calculation steps of the method,and the simplified algorithm is used in the time series classification experiment.The experimental results show that the method is effective and convenient.Considering the fairness of the actual decision and the complexity of the decision environment,the similarity measurement is established between the attribute value and the attribute aspirationswhich given by cloud model.The future value function is defined based on the cumulative prospect theory and cloud model similarity and a multi-attribute decision making method based on prospect theory is proposed in which the attributes given by cloud model and attribute aspirations are provided.In practical decision making,growth aspiration is also expected to be a key factor to consider compared to target aspiration which reflects the potential of the schemes being evaluated.A multiple attribute decision-making method is proposed in which the attributes are given by cloud model and target aspiration and growth aspiration are considered on the basis of the decision making method which the attributes given by cloud model and attribute aspirations are provided. |
