Research On The Method Of Stochastic & Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making Based On Prospect Theory

The method of stochastic and fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (MADM) based on prospect theory enriches and develops the theory and method of the MADM, and it provides the new idea to solve the MADM problems. So this research has important theory meaning. In the real decision making process, on the one hand, this method focus on the two kinds of uncertainty factors (the randomness and the fuzziness), which is accord with the actual conditions of decision-making problem; on the other hand, this research focus on the real decision making behaviors, which makes us obtain the feasible and effective results. Therefore, the research on these methods is of great theoretical value and practical significance.The purpose of this research is to propose some new stochastic and fuzzy MADM methods baseds on the prospect theory for solving these stochastic and fuzzy MADM problems, such as the condition of both the probability and the attribute value all take the from of the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers or the trapezoidal fuzzy linguistic variables and the condition of the probability is the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and the attribute value is the trapezoidal fuzzy linguistic variables.The innovation points of this research lies in: (1) In order to extend the original prospect value function, some new value functions are proposed in this research,such as the prospect value function of the trapezoidal fuzzy number based on the grey relational coefficient, the prospect value function of the trapezoidal fuzzy linguistic variable based on the grey relational coefficient, and the prospect value function of the trapezoidal fuzzy linguistic variable based on the distance function of the trapezoidal fuzzy linguistic variables. (2) In order to extend the original of the weight function, the probability weight function is proposed in this research based on the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers.
