| Guizhou Province is the main representative of the underdeveloped areas in western China,and it is a relatively weak part in China's economic environment,it is of great practical significance to explore the present situation and influencing factors of Guizhou Province.The gap between urban and rural areas of Guizhou Province is very large,if only study the urban or rural areas,it can not be fully understanding the economic situation.Economic infrastructure determines the superstructure,the overall high-speed development of a region is bound to be the purport of economic conditions,but completely not regarding the costs of development will cause a lot of waste of resources,and finally even if the economic situation has been significantly improved,while it is building at the expense of environmental damage to the ecosystem.On the basis of such a development will eventually make the economy to be the brink of collapse,obviously worth the candle.Efficiency of economic development should be high is the virtual goal,only with the high economic efficiency of development can produce good efficiency.Especially in the relatively scarce resources of the western undeveloped provinces,with the pursuit of efficient development as a goal is especially important.This paper takes 9 cities as the object to study the efficiency of urban and rural economic development in Guizhou Province and the researching periods is from 2011 to 2014,and chooses the number of resident population at the end of the year,investment in fixed assets,agricultural sown area,domestic highway mileage and the usage of unit GDP for the input of indicators;and select regional GDP that has a comprehensive meaning,tax revenue,and which reflecting the quality of life of urban and rural residents-per capita disposable income of urban residents and per capita net income of rural residents,together as output indicators,and using the data envelopment analysis to calculate the relative efficiency of the development of each city,and its optimal production status and development ideas are to be studied.In the specific calculation process,we will combine with the factor analysis method and the traditional data envelopment analysis method to analyze the technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale reward of the urban and rural economic development of each city,except that,we will further analyze the main factors influencing the development efficiency of each city.In addition,by introducing the adversarial cross-evaluation strategy,the effective decisionmaking units in the traditional method are further distinguishing,and the results of the two methods are comparing.The results could show that the research method in this paper is reasonable.In addition,by using the statistical method of cluster analysis,the efficiency values of nine cities in Guizhou Province are divided into three categories,and the development status of different types of benchmark cities are analyzing respectively,and the main factors influencing the development of these cities are studying.The overall efficiency of the development of the municipalities of Guizhou Province shows that,on the one hand,although the overall economic development efficiency of Guizhou Province is improving and economic development has entered a benign track,there are twothirds of the city 's technical efficiency is low and even inefficiency;On the other hand,the reason for the low technical efficiency or inefficiency is that the pure technical ineffeciency,the scale is too large and the scale is too small.The results show that:(1)the classification of nine cities in Guizhou Province is relatively stable;(2)it is not a good development method for putting a large number of inputs into production and expecting the production results to be improve;(3)the main reason for the difference between the development efficiency of nine cities is that the investment structure is unreasonable. |
