As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry has made an important contribution to China's economic development and social progress.But there are still problems,such as inferior quality,project behind schedule,cost overruns,safety accidents and low production efficiency.How to improve the level of project management and the project organizational performance has become the focus of academic and business circles.In recent years,scholars and project management experts have begun to find solutions in areas outside of management.Current research has shown that,as an important part of psychological research,employee's well-being at work can have a positive effect on individual behavior and job performance.However,affected by the development of the construction industry and employee's work environment,project members' well-being at work is not ideal,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of China's construction industry.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence mechanism of the project members' well-being at work on the project organizational performance,and then put forward specific measures to improve the project organizational performance.First of all,this paper defines the connotation and dimensions of well-being at work,organizational commitment,knowledge sharing and project organizational performance on the base of literature study,and analyses the relationship between the study variables.Secondly,this paper puts forward the hypothesis on the base of anglicizing the relationship between the variables,and choose organizational commitment and knowledge sharing as the intermediary variable.Then the influence mechanism models of well-being at work on project organizational performance is constructed.Moreover,the measurement scale of each variable is developed.Again,making questionnaire of this paper,and obtaining a formal questionnaire based on the preliminary research.Then conducting extensive research to collect data,using SPSS19.0 software and AMOS21.0 software analysis including descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity of the survey data,and confirmatory factor analysis.With constructing the structural equation model of project members' well-being at work,organizational commitment,knowledge sharing and project organizational performance,this paper tests the theoretical model and research hypothesis,and the conclusions of the study is discussed.Finally,this paper puts forward some specific measures to improve the project organizational performance from three aspects,namely,to enhance well-being at work of the project members,strengthen the organizational commitment and promote knowledge sharing according to the results of empirical research.The results of this study show that:(1)Well-being at work of the project members can promote the project organizational performance significantly.(2)Organizational commitment and knowledge sharing can play an important mediating role between project members' well-being at work and project organizational performance.(3)Enhancing well-being at work of the project members,strengthening the organizational commitment of the project members,and promoting knowledge sharing among the project members,can effectively improve the project organizational performance.This paper explores the relationship among project members well-being at work,organizational commitment,knowledge sharing and project organizational performance,clarifies the influence mechanism of project members' well-being at work on project organizational performance,and tests the mediating role of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing.Research results highlight the important role of well-being at work in the field of construction,even establishing the theoretical relationship between well-being at work and knowledge sharing,further expands factors of the project organizational performance and knowledge sharing,promotes development and integration of the different theory in the development of the construction industry,and makes an important theoretical significance.In addition,the research results has important referential significance and application value to guide Chinese construction industry to improve project members' well-being at work,strengthen organizational commitment and promote knowledge sharing in order to improve organizational performance.
