A Study On The Impact Of The Circulation Of Rural Land On Farmers' Income In Poverty-stricken Areas Of Baoding

The problem of Circulation of Land has always been the focus of rural economic research.However,This effective way of poverty alleviation and development has been increasingly recognized through the Circulation of land to increase the income of farmers.In this way,farmers can not only get the land rent,dividends and other income,but also they can use other time except for the farming to obtain other non-agricultura income,which has a strong role in promoting the income level of farmers.But with the circulation of the land policy carry out gradually,it is worth studying and thinking that how the actual effect in Circulation of land on the increase of farmers' income.This article is based on the circulation of rural land in poverty-stricken areas and taking it as a perspective.We obtained cross-sectional data of four poverty county in Baoding,Hebei Province through the form of questionnaires and field visits.on the one hand,we study the relationship between th scale of circulation of land and the income of farmers in poverty-stricken areas and other factors through descriptive statistical analysis and model analysis.On the other hand,in the empirical analysis,we select the farmer's income level as the explanatory variable,the scale of circulation of land,the number of migrant works,the proportion of farm income in household income and the circulation of Land intention as explanatory variable.Results are shown by performing Logit model and cross-table analysis?correlation analysis:The scale of circulation of land has no significant effect on the income of farmers,the most significant influencing factors are the number of migrant workers,the proportion of farmland income in the household income and the circulation of Land intention,Indicating that Circulation of Land in poverty-stricken areas have not been able to promote the income of farmers obviously.Number of migrant workers,the proportion of farm income in household income and main source of income in family are an important factor affecting,and these factors are inseparable from the circulation of land situation.So it is necessary for us to promote this work.On the basis of summing up the problem,generalizing the countermeasures and suggestions in both macro and micro levels to promote thecirculation of land in poverty-stricken areas and the income of farmers.Finally,we can achieve the effect of poverty alleviation.
