Rural public goods supply is an important part of promoting new socialist countryside construction and one of ways of increasing peasant revenue,improving peasant quality,developing rural economy and narrowing the urban-rural gap.Having been improved recently in the fields of supply scale and structure,rural public goods supply can not meet the demand of peasants increasing with the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard.The contradiction between inadequate supply and increasing demand is limiting the rapid and healthy development of rural area.Therefore,now it is a top priority of the rural work of China to have a satisfatory rural public goods supply.Supply side reform not only focus on adjusting the supply structure of micro economy as well as the supply methods,but also attempts to improve the economic distribution,particularly the rural public goods distribution.Through above-mentioned measures,supply side reform can achieve the best distribution of limited public resources in rural area and ensure the effective supply of rural pubic goods.With a thorough study on rural public goods supply in Town Q City S Hebei Province,the author finds some causes of the present problems and offers some settlement advices so as to promote the rural public goods supply of Town Q City S.This article has five chapters: the first is about the study's aim,importance,methods and summary;the second introduces the definitions and types of rural public goods and clarifies the concept of public goods supply as well as some related theories;the third elaborates the status quo of rural goods supply in Town Q City S Hebei Province;the fourth provides a problem-cause analysis;the last one gives some settlement advices or measures concerning the existing problems.
