The Support Status And Promotion Strategy Of Hebei Banking System In Poverty Alleviation

Since the mid-80 s of last century,China began a planned and organized large-scale poverty alleviation,and development of poverty alleviation has made great achievements,but there always exists some problem,such as rural poverty population is not clear,the poverty alleviation funds is not accurate.In November 2013,general secretary Xi Jinping in the study of poverty alleviation work in Xiangxi,made it clear that poverty alleviation work must be sought truth from facts according to local conditions,and take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty,avoiding shouting slogans,and do not set ambitious goals.In January 2014,general office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "on innovative mechanisms to effectively promote rural poverty alleviation and development of opinions",request to establish a precise mechanism for poverty alleviation,help each village and person to developing measures effectively,and focus on poverty alleviation.On March,2015,Premier Li Keqiang in the "government work report" proposed that must continue to fight poverty battle,promote poverty alleviation and development focus on contiguous poor areas,take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty.In 2016,Hebei provincial Party Secretary Zhao Kezhi proposed to implement the precise poverty alleviation fully,fight against poverty with the province's power at the closing ceremony of the four session of the Twelfth National People's Congress.At present,the poverty alleviation work of Hebei has reached a critical period,how to play the role of the banking system in the fight against poverty,financial poverty alleviation is essential.In this paper,through the analysis of status of the banking system support in Hebei province poverty alleviation,pointed out that the enthusiasm of banking system poverty alleviation is not high,lack of financial services in rural areas,the supply of the market is not balanced,the rural credit system is not perfect,poor credit environment problems in the banking system of precise poverty work,by learning from the advanced experience of foreign banking system to support poverty alleviation work,in order to further promote the banking system to support the work of poverty alleviation in Hebei province.We propose that work together from the local government and the banking system to achieve the goal of effective docking of financial services and poverty alleviation in Hebei.
