The Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of New Energy Vehicle Industry In Hebei Province-Based On The Cost-Benefit Comprehensive Analysis

With the development of economy,science and technology,China's auto industry has been rapid development,car ownership also increased.However,China's oil dependence on foreign countries continue to improve,energy supply,environmental damage are serious,in the face of such a situation,high energy consumption,heavy pollution of the traditional automotive industry encountered bottlenecks.New energy for its clean and environmentally friendly,and the advantages of independent on traditional energy has been strongly respected,and gradually promote and be applied.Hebei Province,as a new energy automobile industry province,bear the energy-saving emission reduction,reduce pollution,a major responsibility since 2012.The development of its new energy vehicles have also been highly valued by government departments.In this paper,the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,theory and practice of combining research methods,describes the basic theory and Hebei Province,the status of new energy automotive industry,build a cost-benefit comprehensive index system,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index.This paper uses the cost-benefit analysis method to analyze the indexes of the new energy vehicles in Hebei province,and finds out the problems in the development of the new energy vehicles in Hebei Province,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the problems.In this paper,through normative research,combined with literature analysis,combs the literature on cost-benefit analysis at home and abroad,and draws lessons from other areas cost-benefit index system to optimize the cost-benefit index system of new energy vehicles,and further uses AHP to analyze the weight of each index analysis.In the application of the system of Hebei Province,the analysis of new energy vehicles found that from a quantitative point of view,the current energy industry in Hebei Province,there are high cost of investment,low efficiency,make ends meet the phenomenon of Hebei Province,the new energy automotive industry is too high,Lack of R & D investment,low economic efficiency and other issues.Finally,put forward the corresponding solutions to these problems,to promote the development of new energy vehicles in Hebei Province.
