The energy structure, industrial structure and energy intensity, are prompting manycountries in the world to attach great importance to the development of new energyindustry. In January,2009, China launched the "Ten City and1,000cars" project,which is regarded as a mark of new energy buses to mass production. Due toattracting huge fiscal subsidies and development potential, many domestic buscompanies began to enter the segment of the market of new energy bus. ZT companyaims to become the industry leader, relying on its strong capability of technicalresearch and development. In the emerging market with these opportunities andchallenges coexisting, the strategy which suit for the development of business status isvery necessary.This dissertation mainly does the following work:(1) It analysed the development environment of the new energy bus industry. Itapplied for PEST theory to analyze the macro environment, the Five-force Model toanalyze the industry competition environment. And the current competition in theindusty exist and is likely to intensify. Based on the enterprise niche theory, it built achoosing model of enterprise competitive strategy. Through analyzing niche breadthand overlap of the new energy bus enterprise, it can determine enterprise’scompetition strategy. Combining improved AHP and SWOT method, thedevelopment strategy of new energy bus industy was researched. Through theestablishment of IHAP-SWOT model, it can quantize the external opportunitie,threats, internal strengths and weaknesses with which the new energy bus enterprise isfacing, to determine the type and strength of the enterprise development strategy. Theresults show that the development strategy of ZT company should adopt aggressivestrategy area, strategic strength belongs to the exploiting strategy.(2) Energy saving benefit of new energy bus industry development. Through theanalysis on the aspects of financial, profitability and uncertainty, the new energy busindustry economic benefits is studied. Through environmental benefit evaluation, theindustrial resources efficiency and energy utilization situation are studied. Energysaving benefit of one bus and the all industry calculated. Through the social benefitevaluation, the effect of the industrial land use, employment and industrial chain areanalysed. (3)The key success factors affecting ERP implementation are studied. Three mostcritical factors are determined by the application of ISM (interpretive structuralmodeling) from15kinds of influence factors. The three fators are the attitude ofsenior leadership, the quality of basic data and the type of business and productioncharacteristics, which should be paid more attention in the implementation process ofERP. AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods is applied to study theperformance of ERP. The results show that the improvement in internal processperformance of is significantly obvious, while the other aspects are not obvious. Sothe ERP function expansion direction to improve the overall performance is analysed.
