| At present,in order to promote economic development,solve rural problems,carry out rural poverty alleviation and development,building a moderately prosperous society,urban and rural society will face a comprehensive impact and transformation.In the ethnic minority areas of China,the expansion of urban resource space and the coexistence of rural empty nest problems,the slow development of non-agricultural economy and the low labor income,non-agricultural employment capacity and other issues are causal,rural non-agricultural development and labor non-agricultural Lack of employment capacity has become a common phenomenon of society,has aroused great concern from all sectors of society.At the same time,in the current large tourism,poverty alleviation,urbanization in the context of the urgent need for rural land collection,circulation or sublease,the rural resources elements to re-co-ordination,and then planning and re-allocation.With the rural land being levied,transferred or sublet,land relations have changed,farmers’ traditional agricultural employment to non-agricultural employment will become more and more obvious.Therefore,we need to think about how to improve the development of ethnic minority areas and rural non-agricultural employment ability to match the non-agricultural industry.Focus on the minority labor force itself,with national language,national song and dance,national costumes,national customs and other aspects of the natural advantages.Based on the consideration of this advantage,this study explores the theme of the study on the non-agricultural employment ability of the Miao village labor force in Zhenfeng County,Guizhou Province,southwest of Buyi and MiaoAutonomous Prefecture,Guizhou Province.Based on the previous research,a hypothesis or fact is put forward that the national cultural superiority of the minority labor force has already affected the process of non-agricultural employment and played the economic value and cultural transmission of the national culture in the process of non-agricultural employment Value,so the minority national labor force in the national cultural advantages can not be lost,but also need to create the environment,continue to dig and carry forward.The full text has six parts.The first part is the introduction,introduces the background and significance of the non-agricultural employment ability of the labor force in the western Miao village of Guizhou,the comprehensive description of the writing basis,the content and the research method of this article;the second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the related concept.First of all,it is necessary to determine the research scope of the Miao people in western Guizhou Province,and to study the labor force of the Miao village in the county of Buyi and Miao nationality in the southwest of Guizhou province.Secondly,the three concepts of labor force,non-agricultural employment ability and traditional skill in the Miao village are defined.,On the basis of the relevant theoretical basis of the literature,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of human capital,development economics and cultural change.The third part is the construction of the non-agricultural employment ability variable of the labor force of the Miao village.Mainly related to individual,family,social three aspects of the variable factor.The fourth part is the empirical study on the non-agricultural employment ability of the Miao village labor force.The article chooses the influence of the individual factors,family factors and social factors on the non-agricultural employment ability of the Miao village,and adopts the "questionnaire + interview" Way to complete field investigation.This paper analyzes the significance of the public factors extracted from the three aspects of personal factors,family factors and social factors on the non-agricultural employment ability of the Miao labor force,and the factors such as the traditional skills of the Miao people and the local non-agricultural employment environment.Non-agricultural employment capacity of mutual influence,and have the role of mutual promotion andpromotion.The fifth part is the policy and suggestion.According to the empirical results obtained above,this paper puts forward the construction of the labor force human resources development,infrastructure construction,special industry support,national culture inheritance and protection,and the construction of the Miao people’s information exchange platform opinion.The sixth part is the summary and prospect,and puts forward the innovation and shortcomings of the paper. |
