The rapid development of the Internet finance not only brings convenience to people's lives,but also brings unprecedented vitality to the economic development of our country.Besides,in the government report Premier LiKeqiang proposed many times that we should promote the development of the Internet finance.This affirmed the Internet finance the important status in the financial system of our country to some extent.The Internet finance is not "grass root" any longer.It formally gains recognition by the market and the decision management layer.Since 2013 the Internet finance has boomed.The equity crowdfunding had achieved milestone development in 2015.It has broadened the channels of equity trading of start up enterprises and projects.It has also lower the threshold of investors and expanded investor groups.It is an important driving force for developing the multi-level capital markets and deepening the reform of financial system.But there are still many problems with the equity crowdfunding that needs further exploration and research.This paper selects the "JingDongDongJia" as a typical example of platform.This paper presents the business model of "JingDongDongJia",focusing on the operation mode,financing mode,profit model and risk control model.Through the SWOT analysis method,our kinds of superiority are analyzed including "JingDongDongJia" entrepreneurship ecosphere,project types,Internet platform and post investment management.The inferiority of protection of the interests of investors project quality,the high investment threshold are also analyzed.The analysis also includes the opportunity of external industrial transformation and favorite policy.It also includes the the external legal supervision,the threaten of industrial competitions and exit strategies.Four kids of development tactics are mentioned.Reasonable,targeted and decision-making suggestions aiming at the equity crowdfunding are proposed.These suggestions should be emphasized,such as improving supervision system,attaching importance to interest of investors,subdividing platform area and increasing the superior project,entrepreneurial incubation,improving post investment management,innovating exit.In order to promote our country to raise public equity financing model to further improve and the healthy and stable development of the equity crowdfunding industry.
