Research On The Equity Crowdfunding Development Tactic Of The Z Group

Equity Crowdfunding as an innovative Internet financial model is in rapid development. In the context of China economic downturn and structural adjustment, Equity Crowdfunding has a positive role in solving the financing difficulties of small and start-up enterprises, promoting the activation of economic. The Z Group as a traditional manufacturing enterprise group is facing growing power shortage, institutional rigidities and other issues in the development process. Therefore, the Z group is actively exploring the development of financial and Internet business, making innovations in business model, promoting the transformation and upgrading of its industry.This paper takes the Z group's equity crowdfunding as the research object, studies the definition, classification of equity crowdfunding and its development in China, discusses the operation status and development problems of the Z group, uses the SWOT method to analyze the internal and external environmental factors of rising the Z group's equity crowdfunding, and demonstrates the role and significance of the development of equity crowdfunding. Considering the Z group's own characteristics and the mainstream of domestic equity crowdfunding platform operation mode, puts forward the development strategy in content construction, profit model, operational process of the Z group's equity crowdfunding platform. And then analyses the risk content and the risk prevention measures against legal risk, credit risk, liquidity risk that the platform may face in operation.This paper argues that, the Z group should take the initiative to seize the opportunity in equity crowdfunding. According to the demand of the Z group and the existing laws and regulations, establishes the “Online + Offline" operation model of equity crowdfunding. The online model is around the Z group's industrial base, optimizes the construction of its industrial ecosystem. The offline model actively explores the operational mechanism ofthe Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Attaches great importance to the risk of operating equity crowdfunding, makes the appropriate risk prevention measures to ensure the development of the equity crowdfunding platform. Hopes the study of the Z group's development strategy in equity crowdfunding can provide a useful reference for China's enterprises that use equity crowdfunding to promote industrial upgrading and transformation.
