An enterprise must possess core competence under the system of market economy to ensure survival and development.In present times when science and technology is the first productive force,how to attract and retain core talent through its salary strategy is the key to enhance the core competence of enterprises.Therefore the strategic salary management system is the product of conforming to the historical development and the progress of the times.Its essence is the sustainable development of the enterprise,which can promote the core competitiveness of the enterprises in terms of employee motivation and cost control.T company is a state-owned enterprise engaged in manufacturing.In recent years,with the competition intensified,its core strengths are gradually narrowed,and its leading position in the industry has been hit.Using strategic salary management system,this paper proposes a salary strategy and designs a salary distribution model for T company to its past development and future development strategy.Hence the staff personal career development and the company’s strategic objectives are closely combined,and the employees are stimulated to enhance their performance and ability so as to promote the company’s cohesion and its sustained,stable and healthy development. |
