Compensation management is an important part of the human resource management system,the high level managers and employees of the company pay much attention to the management of the salary.Salary management is the basis of compensation system design,especially for R & D personnel,they are the key strategic capital of the enterprise,ensure the realization of enterprise continuous innovation,make the enterprise obtain and maintain the core competitiveness of the industry market.Based on this,any enterprise is eager to attract,retain and motivate outstanding R & D personnel,through a set of scientific and reasonable development of the compensation system,to enhance their trust,loyalty and satisfaction,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the work,more active investment work,play the greatest effectiveness and creativity,to achieve business goals and development strategy.First of all,this paper analyzes the status of LZ Company's compensation system,through questionnaire and random forum,find out the main problems of LZ Company's compensation system.The compensation system is not perfect,lack of long-term incentive,lack of promotion space and rising channel.On this basis,the use of the ability,performance,job of the trinity of the remuneration design,focusing on the basic salary,variable remuneration,benefits,four aspects of the LZ company's compensation system to optimize and improve,for the establishment of LZ company based on R & D skills,performance,job performance and job performance evaluation system and a set of scientific and fair performance evaluation mechanism,to develop a wealth of benefits and pay attention to internal.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the LZ Company's compensation optimization and improvement system from six aspects,and gives a prospect of the implementation of the compensation scheme.In order to solve the existing problems in the LZ company's existing R & D personnel,and to provide some reference for other enterprise R & D personnel compensation system optimization and improvement.
