Study On The Compensation Mechanism Of Cultivated Land Protection In Xiangshan Based On Remote Sensing Image

Cultivated land is a very important production material. The protection of cultivated land is the basic national policy of China, which can effectively guarantee food security and ecological security, and promote the sustainable development of the society .Our country has yielded some results in the protection of arable land, but the problems of the decline in the amount of cultivated land, the decrease of cultivated land quality and the illegal occupation of cultivated land still exist .Now we need to explore a more effective way to protect arable land or system, so as to achieve the purpose and effect of cultivated land protection.In this paper, the cultivated land resources in Xiangshan County was studied. On the basis of the research theory of cultivated land protection and compensation, the compensation mechanism of cultivated land protection in Xiangshan County was established. Generally, it includes five parts.Part one, the necessity and importance of establishing the mechanism of cultivated land protection and compensation in County is raised. The theoretical basis for the protection and compensation mechanism of cultivated land is studied, and the theoretical foundation for the protection and compensation mechanism of cultivated land in Xiangshan is laid.Part two, cultivated land resources of Xiangshan is summarized. The problems existing in the protection of cultivated land was raised, and the causes of the problems are summarized.Part three, the basic framework of cultivated land protection and compensation is established. The standard of cultivated land protection and compensation in Xiangshan is measured.Part four, on the basis of the establishment of the compensation mechanism of cultivated land protection in Xiangshan County, land use survey and management database is established.Part five, combined with the actual situation and needs of Xiangshan, the corresponding policy recommendations are provided. The implementation of farmland protection work is promoted and the harmonious development of society is promoted.
