At present,with the increase in car ownership,business car care products have broad prospects for development,J company is mainly engaged in the H brand sales of lubricating oil,and signed a general agent in Northeast China H brand of lubricants and manufacturers.The purpose of this paper is to find a suitable marketing strategy for J company,So that J company can make a major breakthrough in marketing.This paper mainly from the 4P theory to analyze the status quo of marketing strategy of J company at present,and according to the practical problems encountered in the implementation of the Northeast market marketing strategy and the marketing process,through SWOT analysis,summarizes the advantages of J company in the marketing process of the disadvantages,opportunities and threats,in view of the a series of problems put forward the corresponding optimization strategy,optimization strategy is proposed according to the implementation of specific measures.This study provides a basis for J company to formulate correct marketing decisions,at the same time,it has certain reference significance to the marketing practices of the relevant peer enterprises.
