The Study Of The Synergic Relationship Between China's Foreign Trade Structure And Industrial Structure

For a long time,foreign trade and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure have been the two hot economic issues that concerned and studied by both domestic and foreign scholars.There are many theoretical studies and empirical analysis of the relationship between the two issues,but most of them remain at the national level or individual level and regional or panel research is relatively rare.This paper is to study the synergistic relationship between China's foreign trade structure and industrial structure,that is,the influence of foreign trade structure on industrial structure and the effect of industrial structure on foreign trade structure.In addition to the macroscopic analysis of the latest data at the national level from 1991 to 2015,this paper will also analyze panel data from 1999 to 2014 of the three provinces in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is introduction,which contains the background,purpose and significance of the research,gives the framework of research and points out the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter defines the basic concepts of foreign trade structure and industrial structure,and lists related existing foreign and domestic literatures.The third chapter summarizes the developmenting process and existing problems of China's foreign trade structure and industrial structure since the reform and opening up.The fourth chapter explains the linkage mechanism between foreign trade structure and industrial structure by using the existing academic researches and related economic theories.The fifth chapter mainly do empirical analysis,containing the macro level test of the dynamic relationship between China's foreign trade structure change effect and industrial structure effect from 1991 to 2015 and the correlation between the three industrial structures and the commodity structure of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta from 1999 to 2014.The last chapter summarizes the conclusions of the empirical test and puts forward some policy suggestions related to the promotion of foreign trade and upgrading of industrial structure.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis,the conclusion of this paper is that there is indeed a synergistic relationship between China's foreign trade structure and industrial structure and there is a significant interaction between export trade and industrial structure;the structure of foreign trade commodity structure,especially the first and second industries have a significant impact on the industrial structure;three industrial structures also play a role in the foreign trade structure.
