Performance evaluation system is the main content of human resource management,performance appraisal can promote the realization of enterprise development strategy.H company is an internet financial company,through big data technology to accurately match the financial institutions of high quality products and the needs of users of financial services,provide targeted personalized products push and combination of dynamic maintenance for customers.However,in the process of rapid development,the company also has some problems in the field of performance appraisal,which affects the further development of the company.This paper aims to analyze the problems of H company's marketing staff performance evaluation,and then put forward the relevant improvement measures to promote the competitiveness of H company.First of all,the significance of this study background of this paper,research status,research methods and framework are described,and the concept of Internet financial characteristics,performance evaluation system and related theories of the method and summarized,provides theoretical basis for the research.On this basis,the paper analyzes the status of H company's marketing staff performance appraisal system,including the basic situation of H company,analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of marketing staff,and based on a survey of the existing problems are analyzed,including performance objectives are confined to the income index short-sighted behavior,the evaluation results directly only linked with the Commission,ignore the marketing staff to reflect the results of the performance,the performance problems of the execution of the system is insufficient.Through the analysis,this paper presents an improved H company's marketing staff performance assessment,including the principles and methods of improving the performance appraisal,the balanced scorecard based selection,optimization of performance objectives and orientation of marketing personnel,marketing personnel and strengthen the results of performance communication,strengthen the performance results of the execution.Finally,this paper also puts forward the improvement of the performance appraisal of H company's marketing staff,including the continuous adjustment and improvement of the performance appraisal system,the promotion of the staff,and the improvement of the performance results.
