Marketers are the pioneers of the business operations,their performances have the direct bearing on the results of the market competition.So nowadays,the business circles and the academic circles pay more and more attention to effective incentives for marketers.The company's core competitiveness comes from its employees.As we are in the age of people-oriented operating,we have to consummate our Incentive mode to make sure that our marketers can constant their self-innovations and convert them to market competitiveness.This is the only way to win the fierce market competition.But how to scientifically establish a marketer incentive system,to keep a steady marketing team and to motivate their greatest work enthusiasm to create the greatest value for the enterprise? This is the key point that is focused and researched by all the circles,especially the business circles.This article aims at the problems above,starting from the incentive theory of marketers,systematically expounds the factors that motivate the marketers,studies and analyzes the principles and elements of incentive for marketers,analyzes the existing problems of TH company,proposes a marketing incentive model for TH company,the model illustrates the different needs of employees for motivation,and makes a holistic theoretical design of the driven goal,motivation,and job performance.and finally designed the basic incentive system of TH company on this basis,the scheme includes the short-term and long-term incentive,including the design,basic salary performance bonus design and training and the encouragement of the corporate culture design.During the study and writing of this article,this paper use many ways such as literature analysis,market research,data collection,personnel interview and so on,to design the basic incentive system of TH company and propose marketing incentive model for TH company.The writer hopes that this paper can make due contributions to the development of TH company through the study of this program.
