With the rapid development of the Internet era,the network economy is booming and the market competition among Internet companies is becoming increasingly fierce.How to objectively measure and evaluate the performance of Internet enterprise marketers scientifically,effectively,fairly and accurately,and ensure the best management of human resources is the primary concern of every Internet company.Based on a large amount of literature accumulation and scientific theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Internet marketing staff by studying the related theories of performance,employee performance,performance evaluation,internet marketing and data envelopment analysis(DEA).The status quo and problems of performance evaluation of internet marketers are designed from the perspective of input-output,and the indicators of performance evaluation of Internet enterprise marketers are constructed.The DEA(CCR)evaluation model was established by data envelopment analysis(DEA).On this basis,the model is used to empirically analyze the performance of the marketing staff of the new business unit of BD Internet Company,and finally the performance evaluation results of the marketing personnel of the department are obtained,and the results are analyzed,and the BD Internet company is outputted in a targeted manner.A proposal for the performance of marketers in the new business unit.
