Study On Intellectual Property Strategy Of China's Software Industry Internationalization

As the core of information industry, software industry has become the fast developing industry and infiltrated into all the other aspects of the national economic. It has great importance on the traditional economic reform and the national economic development. To see from the world software industry's present situation, China's software industry is still lagged when comparing with the software industry developed countries, and our country's software industry's internationalization has been carried out not long before and its international competition ability is not strong enough. To analyze the basic problems of China's software industry's present situation and to investigate the strategies to solve these problems has strategic influence on China's software industry internationalization and it's international competition ability promotion.This paper aims at analyzing the problems of China's software industry and look into the solving strategies for them from the aspect of intellectual property management on the base of the real demand of the software industry's development. And as a result, this paper researches the concept of intellectual property strategy, the relationship between the intellectual property and enterprise core competition ability, the coming of software industry's international competition ability, the importance of the intellectual property to the software industry's internationalization, and then researches the self intellectual property construct system of the software industry. On the base of analyzing the software industry's present condition of both China and other main countries, this paper discusses the successful experiences of the relating intellectual property strategy (such as the relating policies, patterns, protecting and managing contents, and advantages) and the inspirations of them to our software industry's development. At last, this paper promotes intellectual property strategy system of our country's software industry's international development from three aspects distinctly, the property exploitation, management and protection of China's software industry, involving labor power, R&D, technology innovation, industry association and chain, policies and etc..
