| With the change of the macroeconomic situation and the aggravation of the market competition,the development of Wuxi WR Corporation,which is the platform of local infrastructure construction,is facing severe challenges.The development strategy of the enterprise must change according to the internal and external environment of the enterprise,therefore it is an urgent task for Wuxi WR Corporation to realize the transformation and development of the company under the background of the new economy.Wuxi WR Corporation will be classified as the market operation of the state-owned enterprises in the new round of SOE reform program.In accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system,the Corporation must follow the market rules,take market-oriented mode of operation,improve the efficiency of capital operation,build the core competitiveness and sustainable development of the company’s own.Therefore,the Wuxi WR Corporation must rethink the strategic positioning and development direction of the enterprise,give full play to its own value and advantages,successfully deal with the threats and challenges,and solve the problem of sustainable development of enterprises.The key point of this paper is to explore the transformation direction and business development path of Wuxi WR Corporation in the specific period of reform and development opportunities.Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management and transformation&development,this paper uses the PEST analysis,Potter five forces model,SWOT analysis and other analysis tools to carry on the system analysis of the external environment and internal resources of Wuxi WR Corporation.In the paper through the researching path of the determination of strategic objectives,clear functional positioning,identify business development path and the development of security measurest it introduces the development direction and function transformation of Wuxi WR Corporation,clearly stating that it should transform to the three major platform:city construction&city services,environmental governance,state-owned capital operation platform.It also states that the corporation should transform to the four main business segments:city construction,livelihood security,environmental governance and investment&development.At the same time in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s transforming,this paper puts forward some measures including institutional integration,resource allocation,enterprise culture and institutional construction measures. |
