Research On Technologies Of Suspicious Land Discovery With Location And Video Information

The most stringent land management system is being executed to ensure that land utilization is under the supervision of the government.Therefore,it is significant to detect and investigate the illegal land occupation for the national arable land protection and social stability maintaining.Resolving the reality of low degree of intelligentization of land regulation automation,this paper is devoted to the study of the key technologies of location and video information to discovery illegitimate land utilization automatically.The main contents are as follows:(1)The method of contour extraction and interference removal of buildings based on morphological features is studied.Based on the anisotropic characteristics of the morphological features of the building,the straight line contours of the buildings are extracted and interference are eliminated by mathematical morphology and LSD detection.So a reliable contours of the buildings for the subsequent building identification will be provided.The experiments show that the resulting contours of the buildings are good and the interference lines are reduced.(2)A building contour recognition algorithm based on vanishing point and spatial topological constraints is researched.Based on the geometric constraint relation of building space and the morphological features of the building,the contours of the buildings are identified.The validity of the algorithm is proved by experiment.(3)A method of finding the illegal land utilization based on positioning and video information is proposed.To improve the intelligentization of land regulation automation,this paper combines GPS location data,map data retrieval and video information to get the land use attribute data of the tour vehicle location.Finally,the illegal land occupation can be identified fastly and automatically.The designed experiment verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.Based on the above series of algorithms,a set of automatic discovery of suspicious sites system is designed by using C++ in the Windows environment.The design experiment verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
