Since the beginning of the 20th century,there have been more and more companies participating in the competition in the construction industry.All construction companies are aware of the importance of business management for the survival and development of enterprises,and are making unremitting efforts to improve their management policies standards.Human resources management,as a very essential part of business management,has attracted the attention of leaders.From the current point of view,although the human resources management of construction companies has introduced advanced management concepts,most of them are still trapped in the traditional management model.The advanced human resources management model is not yet on the right track.There are many problems in the management system which are not conducive to the progress of human resources management in enterprises and the future development of enterprises.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to figure out the problems existed in human resources management in enterprises and put forward practical and feasible optimization plans.In view of this situation,this paper takes the human resource management related theories as the main guidance,the construction company Y as the research object,and describes the current situation of human resources management mechanism of construction companies through literature research and analysis,field interviews,and integrated deductive methods.Combined with the future development strategy of the company and the actual requirements for improving human resources management,it analyzes and explores the problems in the human resources management mechanism of construction companies from the aspects of salary management,performance management,personnel training,etc.,which are the main points of penetration.Based on this,it proposes an optimization plan and implementation strategy that are suitable for the human resources management mechanism of the construction company Y so as to establish a relatively complete and reasonable mechanism which can attract,stimulate talents,and utilize talents in a reasonable manner and retain them.It aims at bringing into full play of the subjective initiative and creativity of various types of outstanding employees in various types of enterprises so as to promote the healthy development of enterprises.
