The scientific salary system can strongly stimulate the employee’s desire to work efficiently.A reasonable salary not only brings satisfaction to employees physically and psychologically,but also help companies to fulfill their goal.In this end,to establish a multi-position and win-win payment solution as well as the employee’s satisfaction with this system are quite important and essential for the development of the company,therefore,the company should pay more attention.Beijing DST Company was a manufactory of internet video equipment.It was growing very fast since its establishment in 2009.Its profit of sales has arrived over 30 million.Professional human resources were the basement of a company with so rapid growing rate.Furthermore,human resources were a strong prove to fulfill the strategic target of a company.So how to build a scientific and rational system of human resources management are very critical.How to attract and stimulate people talents are quite important,especially the system of salary is the most important among others.Based on the theory researches of many scholars,in this paper,we combined with the real management practices of many enterprises,by means of questionnaire survey and analysis try to find out the critical problems of Beijing DST Co.,Ltd.salary compensation system.In this paper,we focus on the personnel from series of department includes management,sales,technology and support staff to optimize the salary compensation system of Beijing DST Computer Co.,Ltd.We try to improve the level of salary compensation management system,through the research of this paper,we hope to provide some references for better optimization of the salary compensation system of Beijing DST Co.,ltd.I hope to prompt the company with scientific salary system advantages to attract more talents and have a better competitive position in the electronic information industry.
