In 2006,S human resources center was converted from institution into state-owned enterprise,It's still in charge of original department.After reformation,many problems such as low efficiency,overmany employee must be solved in order to improve the competitive power.Compensation reform is one of the important problems.The goal of compensation reform in S huaman resources center is to establish a modern compensation distribution system adapted to the modern enterprise system and the requirements of the market competition.This article research the method of annual salary and evaluation-based compensation design,using labor economics and modern human resources management knowledge,adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,comprehensive analysis and comparison analysis, and so on research methods,and according to the center actual situation,then ,utilize the theoretically methods above to the practice.Annual salary system applies to senior managers is to define their compensations as one year for a period and pay according to their merits.To ordinary enployees,position-based salary system is adoptable,which means that how much one earns would depend on which position he engaged in.
