| Quality,time and cost are the three most important concerns of project management.Project quality control plays an important role in project management.In the era of economic globalization,the increasingly fierce competition,the traditional quality management methods of new products research and development have been unable to meet the needs of the enterprises.Promotion of advanced quality control will help enterprises to survive in the fierce market competition.How to make flexible use of project management thinking to the new product development in the process of quality control,how to have high quality of research results at low cost and with high efficiency,how to ensure the project output quality,is a subject placed in front of all R&D project manager.Through the analysis of related literatures at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the theory,methods and tools for quality control of R&D projects.Based on the status quo of the cover glass research and development of new products and existing problems,this paper clarifies the overall ideas and requirements of quality control in the cover glass new product development,discusses the method for the quality control of R&D projects,and analyzes the main factors affecting the quality of 5MIE project,which are man,machine,material,method,measurement and environment.With mature quality management philosophy,the managers shall control these quality-affecting factors,especially the control of the change of all elements of the 5MIE.This paper gives detailed discussion on quality control from the factors of R&D life cycle.Control tools and methods used in process quality control include brainstorming session,expert review,process optimization,standard operating procedures control,SOP document review,7S site management,manufacturing execution system,responsibility matrix,and PDT performance appraisal etc.Finally,the paper lists a series of quality assurance measures for ensuring the quality factor control target of R&D projects. |
