Agriculture is the cornerstone of social development,and its development is inseparable from the role played by small agricultural enterprises in which the marketing personnel are the main creators of the enterprise value of the small agricultural enterprises.If small enterprises want to retain and use good talents,it is necessary to achieve the best design of the performance appraisal system,stimulate the enthusiasm of the marketing staff and promote the improvement of the efficiency of the enterprises.Therefore,effectively playing the role of marketing personnel in creating enterprise value is an important guarantee for the long-term development of small agricultural enterprises.But in reality,there are few studies on the design of the performance appraisal system for the marketing personnel of agricultural small enterprises,the relevant theoretical system is not perfect,the managers and marketers are not aware of the performance assessment,and the design of the performance appraisal system of the marketing staff is also relatively traditional and backward.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the design of the performance appraisal system of the small agricultural enterprises,to better stimulate the enthusiasm of the marketing staff,and to the development of the whole economy and society.Through the study of the related theories of performance appraisal system design,this paper makes an analysis and Research on the present design status of the existing marketing staff performance appraisal system of Renxian County Seed Industry Co.,Ltd,and makes constructive improvement design by combining the quantitative and qualitative methods with the method of empirical investigation.Through this study,we hope to realize the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the company,to realize the role of performance assessment in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the marketing staff and to guide the improvement of the marketing staff,to reduce the risk of the loss of talents and to attract,retain and train the talents for the future sustainable development of the company.
