Research On The Marketization Of Expressway Operation Management

Based on reading literature and finding out the relevant research background and current situation of domestic and foreign Expressway Operation and Management Mode(EOMM),this paper makes in-depth research on this topic with literature research,comparative analysis,case analysis and other research methods.On the basis of the practical experience accumulation in this industry and the literature review and analysis,using the related theory of government management as a guide,related concepts of EOMM are defined.The necessity and feasibility of the construction of a new EOMM are summarized.The inherent system categories of Chinese EOMM are compared and selected.The current problems in Chinese EOMM are analyzed and summarized.An integrated EOMM is constructed,and some suggestions leading to this mode in the transition are proposed.Firstly,the related concepts of EOMM are defined,and the logical framework of the whole paper is derived.Secondly,with the theory of holistic governance,the system categories and typical cases of current China EOMM are compared and analyzed.Combined with foreign experience,a new EOMM is built,that is the integrated mode.Thirdly,on the basis of the current situation and the development vision,some transitional period suggestions which can be used for reference at the present stage are proposed.
