Research On The Evaluation Of The Operation Effect Of The Agricultural Science And Technology Park Of The Sanjiang Administration Of The Agricultural Reclamation

Science and technology have played a great role in promoting the development of agriculture.As a new way of developing modern agriculture that based on science and technology,agricultural science and technology parks have played a leading role model on the achievements exhibition,experiment demonstrated,extension of radiation and so on.As one of the main grain producing areas in Heilongjiang Province,the Agricultural Science and Technology Park of the Sanjiang Administration Bureau has made outstanding contributions to the promotion of the comprehensive level of agricultural modernization of the Sanjiang Administration Bureau.To study the evaluation of agricultural science and technology park's operation effect and provide the theoretical basis for the reasonable investment of the farm,which is of great practical significance in increasing farmers' income and improving the scientific and technological level of the park.Based on the weight obtained by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the comprehensive scores of 6 primary indexes and 18 secondary indexes are calculated.Through the analysis of all aspects of the calculation results,the important indexes are found out,which put forward countermeasures and suggestions on targetedly improving the operation effect of Agricultural Science and Technology Park of the Sanjiang Administration Bureau.First of all,through the reading and combing of the literature,we preliminarily screen out the relevant indicators to evaluate the operation effect of the agricultural science and technology park,and according to the field investigation of 14 parks,we can grasp the current situation of the park development and the primary data obtained.Finally determine the construction of the Sanjiang Administration Bureau of Agricultural Science and Technology Park operational effectiveness of 6 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators to build an evaluation index system.Secondly,using AHP to calculate the weights of the first class index and the second class index,the second grade index score,the first grade index score and the total score are calculated after the standard treatment of 5 years' index data of 14 parks.Thirdly,from the perspective of horizontal and vertical to analyze the secondary indicators' score,and using the form of line chart to analyze the first-level indicators,then use the total score for the analysis of the speed of the park development.Finally,synthesizing the results of the previous analysis,themain factors influencing the operation effect of the park are: the scale of the park(B1),the social benefit(B4),the scientific and technological capacity(B6),the total annual input of the park(C2),the number of annual technical training(C10),the degree of driving farmers to become rich(C12),and the level of circular economy(C15).The results show that the average development speed of Erdaohe Farm Agricultural Science and Technology Park is the fastest,while that of Daxing Farm Agricultural Science and Technology Park was slowing.According to the above analysis,in order to realize the reasonable investment of the park funds,the enhancement of the scientific and technological ability and the increase of the farmers' income,it is proposed to broaden the channels of the fund supply reasonably,to insist on the sustainable development of the ecology and to reduce the negative effects.Standardize the training system,increase the income of farmers,enhance the social benefits of the park,and improve the scientific and technological capacity of the park.
