The grain yield of our country has reached one new height after another,but it also caused a new normal problem,“high output,high storage,high price” in main grain production area and “high import” in main grain-consuming area.China's corn reserve policy was cancelled in 2016,this has made grain purchase and storage of main grain production area became a very important issue to ensure grain quality and enhance the competitiveness of the grain supply chain.Good purchase and storage supply chain model selection and promotion has become a practical problem that need to be solved urgently.So,selection mechanism of purcahse and storage supply chain model became a theoretical problem that need to be solved urgentlySelect maize purchasing and supply chain as the research object,studies the major grain-producing areas of heilongjiang province corn purchasing and supply chain mode choice and propulsion problem,for the realization of farmers' income and ensure the quality of food is of important theoretical and practical significance.Aiming at this problem,first of all,according to a 2017 national bureau issued by the food postpartum service center construction technology and guide to the request of "food postpartum service center points and the essence of supply chain coordination,put forward the purchasing and supply chain mode: good corn purchase enterprise mode of corn purchases of" door-to-door purchase + warehouse storage and collection and storage enterprises a good relationship with the subject of supply chain coordination.Through the interview method to analyze the status quo,put forward the "assumption 1,good purchasing and supply chain model of corn enough common choice","assumption 2,collection and storage of enterprise property and the relationship between upstream and downstream affect the choice of good corn purchasing and supply chain mode".Second,through questionnaire on the spot investigation to verify the hypothesis 1,on this basis,build multivariate Logit model,it is concluded that:(1)the main factors influencing the heilongjiang province corn purchase enterprise purchase way,including: six factors such as "corn sales mode",to verify the hypothesis 2;(2)the collection and storage enterprises choose good corn mechanism of purchasing and supply chain model,one is to choose the "door to door to buy" and "storage" mechanism,mainly including,collection and storage enterprises establish warehouse way take up less money,to the downstream corn consumption enterprise credit evaluation,the better,more biased towards the collection and storage enterprises choose "buy" door way;Purchase the greater the drying ability of enterprise,corn consumption sales more diversification,the downstream enterprise on the implementation of agreement or contract,the better,more biased towards the collection and storage enterprises choose the way to the warehouse storage;The second is the mechanism of coordination with the upstream and downstream main body of the corn supply chain,mainly including the insufficient application of means to save the capital cost of the supply chain of storage and storage and the insignificant role.The ability to resist market risks is not enough in the reality of receiving and storing enterprises.Multiple sales are conducive to promoting the choice of "warehouse storage".Buyer performance has an incentive function to standardize storage.The better the buyer's reputation is,the more willing he is to choose "house purchase".On this basis,put forward to promote good corn purchasing and supply chain model of incentive mechanism in heilongjiang province,including the purchase contract between upstream and downstream enterprises and trust incentive mechanism,and the government and industry associations to promote good corn propulsion mechanism of purchasing and supply chain model,including: the authority and the information sharing mechanism.Finally,the guarantee measures to support the storage and storage enterprises to promote the good corn supply chain model are given.
