Research On Enterprises' Collaborative Innovationg Performance Effective Factors Based On SEM

At the era of post-information technology,enterprise innovation mode has achieved a "closed innovation" to the evolution of "open innovation",the traditional path of its innovation mechanism also gradually by relying on its own resources for independent innovation to rely on innovation network to learn external heterogeneous resources collaborative innovation path change new.At the same time,product and technology life cycle shortening,also makes significantly increased the cost of innovation,the uncertainty of innovation,collaborative innovation model demonstrates the superiority of eco innovation,on the one hand,greatly reduces the cost of technological innovation,on the other hand,accelerate the enterprise technological catching up.The essence of collaborative innovation is to achieve enterprise innovation performance through the construction of rational collaborative operation model.In the complex environment,factors influence enterprise collaborative innovation performance is various,all kinds of factors on the mechanism of collaborative innovation performance will be different,to explore the key factors and mechanism for enterprise collaborative innovation found the bottleneck from the external and internal environmental factors,has important significance to overcome the obstacles to innovation.Based on review of relevant literature,the paper analyzes the meaning of collaborative innovation and theoretical research,and to identify the impact of external enterprise collaborative innovation performance(environmental)factors and external factors,the external environment factors including growth and related technology development policy environment,industry;and internal factors mainly include the accumulation of knowledge,learning ability,innovative culture and internal innovation network;theoretical framework literature research design based on latent variables.Constructs the influencing factor and the collaborative innovation performance measurement index system,uses the questionnaire investigation and the face-to-face interview and so on to collect the data;introduces the structural equation model to carry on the empirical test and the parameter estimate.Think,the external environment factors have a significant positive effect on innovation performance based on collaborative operation environment,and policy innovation performance did not show significant effects,and industry growth impact on the collaborative performance innovation output is not significant.For the internal factors,the learning ability and innovative culture as a moderating variable,empirical tests show that the accumulation of knowledge for performance based innovation effect is much stronger than the effect of collaborative innovation output;and in the relationship between learning ability also showed significant positive regulation;innovative culture on the role of performance based innovation the performance and collaborative innovation output is also more obvious,and its impact on the performance of cooperative operation innovation is significant but the path coefficient is smaller.Moreover,the construction of the internal innovation network will positively influence the performance of collaborative innovation operation,and its impact on the basic innovation performance and collaborative innovation output is positively regulated by the learning culture.The study found that cooperative mechanism and Path Innovation Performance realization mechanism from two aspects of macro environment and micro management;at the same time,also further explained the policy environment and learning ability,innovation culture for the importance of internal innovation network construction.From the aspects of learning and training,internal communication mechanism and external cooperation network,some suggestions are put forward to improve the collaborative innovation environment of enterprises,which is beneficial to the upgrading of collaborative innovation model.
