In twenty-first century,the global economy developed rapidly.For Chinese enterprises,this is both an opportunity and a challenge.For enterprises,who has the best talent,who will gain a competitive advantage,will take the lead in the competition.The salary management system,scientific and rational is the basic condition of modern enterprises must possess,especially for the construction industry,salary management system optimization design for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,promote the continuous development of enterprises of great significance.At the same time,as the basic enterprise of China's national economy,the development of the construction industry has a great influence on the development of the national economy play a pivotal role.This article make the large state-owned construction enterprises in the local SJ group Ltd as the research object,using the method of questionnaire survey and literature research,make the group development as guidance,combined with the actual situation of the salary management system of SJ group,the status quo,problems and reasons of the existence of the company salary management is analyzed in detail,using the expectation theory,reinforcement theory,double factor theory and optimize the group salary management system,including position management optimization:The main work is to analyze,standardize the preparation of job descriptions,and use the rating method to assess job value.The optimization of salary management is to make clear the overall strategy of salary,and to apply the broadband salary theory to the design of broadband salary.Performance evaluation optimization:mainly to clarify the principles of performance appraisal;establish a special organizational structure of performance management;establish a sound and effective performance appraisal system.Welfare management optimization:mainly designed menu type flexible welfare system;combined with the actual situation of the group,draw up welfare portfolio list.And put forward SJ group Ltd compensation management system optimization program implementation safeguards,mainly from decision-making level,executive level,operation level these three aspects put forward.So that the SJ group Ltd optimized salary management system has strong pertinence and operability,help the group enhance competitiveness,and achieve the group's development goals.
