Study On Maker Space's Operation And Management In NanKai District

In the context of China's economic development is in the new normal state,the government vigorously implement the innovation-driven development strategy to encourage the "public innovation,entrepreneurship" in the context of this paper,around the Nankai District innovation and entrepreneurship ecological system construction,the maker space management operations management to carry out research.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the operation and management of the maker space,and puts forward the operational performance evaluation index system according to the overall situation of the development and operation of the maker space in Nankai District.According to the collected 20 of maker space operating data in 2016,the paper analyzes the typical operation mode of maker space in Nankai District,and discusses the characteristics of five kinds of public space in the enterprise platform,and takes five typical maker space as the case;This paper puts forward the prerequisite for the choice of investment in the case of independent investment and the introduction of venture capital funds.On the basis of a large amount of research,this paper puts forward the theory of Nankai District innovation and entrepreneurship ecological system construction of the main problems for the Nankai District,a total of space to promote innovation and entrepreneurship put forward the relevant recommendations and policy safeguards.This article research work for regional innovation entrepreneurship management departments formulate,adjust the relevant policies and promote the scientific development of double gen career guidance,is conductive to the maker space for internal and external business environment to adjust the business model,improve the quality and level of entrepreneurship incubation.
