Research On The Evaluation Of Maker Space Operational Performance In Shijiazhuang

Our motherland,China is in the midst of a new stage of economic variable speed,structural adjustment and leading economic transformation,and it is too difficult to develop in the traditional path,we urgently need to speed up the transformation of the mode of development.As a bridge that crosses from the source of knowledge innovation and high-tech industries,Maker space is become the key step of China's pioneering work.Though Maker space has been rapidly developing in China,in the early stage of development,it inevitably has a series of problems of operation and management,such as fuzzy organization,low personnel quality,managers rent-seeking,low service ability and so on.In face,the performance evaluation of Maker space can provide a reference for solving these problems.Under this background,this paper first studies the real meaning,characteristics and service of Maker space in-depth according to real situation of Shijiazhuang on the basis of the analysis of typical Maker space on domestic and abroad to lay the theoretical foundation for the performance evaluation of Maker space.Secondly,this paper analyzes internal factors and external influence factors of Maker space on the basis of field interviews and questionnaires,establishes key factors system of performance appraise constructed by 4 secondary index and 16 three-level index in view of the basic principles of the combination of objective and scientific,and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to define the weight of index system.In addition,this paper analyzes the performance evaluation methods of space comparatively,establishes Maker space performance evaluation model based on Grey decision and analyzes the performance evaluation of 19 Maker spaces in Shijiazhuang.Finally,this paper takes targeted countermeasures and suggestions combined with the actual situation of Maker space development in Shijiazhuang for the development and improvement of Shijiazhuang.
