The development of Chinese real estate depends on the development of China's urbanization,The year 2000-2010 was the "golden decade" for China's urbanization and the "golden decade" for Chinese real estate.Based on the model of the development of land capitalization of debt financing to the development strategy of "products as the core" make real estate enterprises in the tide of China's economic development to become national pillar industry,good economic profits,However,since 2013,China's economic growth has slowed significantly,and China's urbanization rate has slowed down,and even the phenomenon of "reverse urbanization" has occurred.The real estate market is changed from the seller's market to the buyer's market,and the customer demand is promoted to the service demand by the product demand.So,the strategy of "customer's core" is to adapt to the market's right development strategy,and customer relationship management is the business of real estate development.Based on the basic theory of customer relationship management,based on the research results and conclusions of other real estate customer relationship management,this paper analyzes the current situation of customer relationship management of the company based on the actual situation of the KReal Estate Development Company.Three reasons for the problems in customer relationship management in K Real Estate Development Company are the backward management concept,lack of customer relationship management and the lack of organizational structure to support management.In view of these problems and reasons,combining with the actual situation of K Real Estate Development Company and the opinions of the employees of important departments of the company on the customer relationship management,this paper carries out the improvement plan of KReal Estate Development Company's customer relationship management in the fifth chapter.Including: improving the management concept of customer relationship management,improving customer relationship management and business process reengineering.The company's orderly development needs to be equipped with a reasonable organizational structure and human resources,so in these two aspects of the design of safeguard measures,organizational structure and human resources security.The research of this paper is helpful to improve the competitiveness and sustainable development of K real estate development company,and can also provide practical reference for other similar real estate development companies.
