With the changing of the current global economic and business environment,to improve efficiency and to keep continuous innovation has become one of the hot topic among the enterprise.While the efficiency and innovation are dependent on employees input.To keep employees’ initiative,in other words,to improve employees’ engagement,become the primary task of human resource management in the enterprises.In this thesis,the author took the impact of employee engagement factors from the researches both home and abroad in recent years as the base,and combined with the results of the employee engagement survey of the Company V.The author focused on the analysis of the individual factors,including the influence of gender,age,education background,position and responsibilities of staff and studied the influence of each factors which will drive different engagement degree.With the results,the author made some suggestions to improve employees’ engagement for the Company V.
