As a branch in Internet customer finance,cash loan had its peaks and its troughs.Mobile cash loan products,especially those created by traditional banks and internet tycoons,have been developing steadily by a more complete credit system,lower cost of customer acquisition,and appropriate interest rates.Under the circumstances where similar products compete very closely,it is vital to improve customer perceived value when it comes to improving user experience.The purpose of this paper is to explore the user experience of mobile cash loan products and the factors that influence customers' perceived value by researching value perception and value-based adoption model.Additionally,the paper proposes to improve the design strategy of value perception in mobile cash loan products from a user experience angle.The paper first analyzes the connotations of value perception and characteristics of user value,and then conducts an empirical literature review of mobile commerce and value-based adoption model.The paper considers the traits of mobile cash loan products,and conducts a qualitative research on value-based adoption model in terms of three main factors,namely cost information,function value,and emotional value.Secondly,the paper bases on user experience honeycomb model and constructs a relational mapping between value perception and design elements of cash loan products by sorting out user experience factors and design elements of cash loan products.Based on research results,the paper designs the evaluation experiment of cash loan products from perceived value perspective,and analyzes and compares competitors from function,emotion,and information perception.The paper summarizes four design specifications of cash loan products that orients to value perception:they are controlled and prudent process,smooth and easy-to-answer form,clear and understandable information,and concise and trustworthy interface.Lastly,during the applied design process,the paper further explains the four specifications into 13 design strategies that based on cost information perception,functional value perception and emotional value perception.In the end,the paper uses such design strategies and completes the design practice that improves WeLOAN's product value perception.
