As the steady growth of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the income level of residents,the catering industry in our country shows a vigorous development trend,and the catering facilities show the momentum of continuous increase in quantity and turnover.It can be seen that the catering industry is one of the most active industries in the national economy.With the rapid development of the Internet,the value of big data has become increasingly prominent,which brings new opportunities for all walks of life,but also provides researchers with new research methods.This paper combines big data,catering industry and spatial structure to study the spatial distribution characteristics of catering industry in the main urban area of Changchun,and analyze the influencing factors of spatial distribution characteristics.The research in this paper is mainly divided in 4 parts.The first part,including the first chapter and the second chapter,is the basis of this study.This paper introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research methods,and summarizes the research progress on dining space and big data at home and abroad.The related concepts of big data and catering industry are clarified,and the theory of urban regional spatial structure and the theory of growth pole are taken as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,the paper introduces the research area overview.uses ArcGIS and other tools to sort and summarize the obtained catering data,and analyzes the spatial structure of catering in Changchun city from the perspectives of overall,consumption level,word of mouth and business category.Thirdly,through qualitative and quantitative methods,the influencing factors affecting the spatial pattern of the catering industry in the main urban area of Changchun City are explored from six aspects: regional economic level,population distribution,traffic convenience,convenience of public service facilities,tourism resources and Internet user emotions.Twelve influencing factors were selected for correlation analysis.The results of influencing factors analysis show that catering distribution has a significant correlation with economy,population,transportation and public facilities,while catering distribution has a general correlation with Internet user emotions.Finally,this paper summarizes the results of this study from the perspective of spatial structure and influencing factors.According to the analysis results of influencing factors,it puts forward some shallow suggestions for the location and development of catering industry,and puts forward the shortcomings of this study.From spatial structure,spatial distribution of Changchun city restaurant industry in general or different consumption levels,public praise,business categories are presented unbalanced,restaurant industry agglomeration degree distribution from the center to the periphery of diminishing,periphery is of low density distribution to the catering industry area,and the closer the popular business circle,transportation hub,residents of catering facilities in the aspect of word of mouth,consumption level and management category combination is complete,agglomeration is obvious.
