Under the background of the new era,China has experienced great adjustment and major transformation in recent years.In the new era,the transformation of social contradictions,the transformation of economic growth mode,and the profound changes brought by Internet and shared economy to social economy all highlight the outstanding value and role of innovation in economic development.Talent is the carrier of knowledge and innovation,and the development of innovation driven development needs the guarantee of sufficient talents.However,the small and medium private enterprises are limited in resources,weak in strength.They are standing in a disadvantage position in talent acquisition.Due to lack of talents,small and medium-sized private enterprises are lack of innovation and can not adapt to the major transformation brought by market environment in the new era,which is a serious threat to the survival and development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.Aiming at this practical problem,this paper attempts to start from the occurrence mechanism of talent shortage in small and medium-sized private enterprises using grounded theory,and explores the internal mechanism of the lack of talents in small and medium-sized private enterprises systematically and deeply,and puts forward countermeasures.Firstly,the theoretical basis and literature review related are clarified.Secondly,the original data are obtained by interviews and literature search,and then the data are summarized by using the open coding,the axial coding and the selective encoding.Based on that,the model of the occurrence mechanism of talents shortage in small and medium-sized private enterprises is constructed.Thirdly,the model is test by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis in the study.Then,the model is tested and supplemented further by case analysis,providing support for the study of the occurrence mechanism of talent shortage in small and medium-sized private enterprises.Finally,based on four main difficulties in the talent shortage of small and medium-sized private enterprises they face,and the development of the era background,four strategies are proposed to improve the lack of talent in small and medium-sized private enterprises.The strategies are changing the concept of talent and establishing the mutual trust relationships between leader and talent,transforming to the diversification of the way of using talents from the ownership of talents,forming a diversified incentive mode combining stock ownership incentive with various incentive methods,and establishing a long-term talent strategy planning.
