Study On Performance Appraisal Index In Interface Management On Product Research And Development Of LED Lighting

The interface management on product research and development(R&D)of LED lighting is still based on the traditional management mode of manufacturing industry,and the departments which are related to product research and development are working severally,which results in poor communication and asymmetric information among the various departments or various functions,interface management in low level,and deviation or stagnation for developing.However,the methods on performance appraisal for product research and development of LED lighting are less concerned with the interface management.The investment on improving the interface management level is based on the research of performance appraisal index.In this thesis,the status and issues on interface management,performance appraisal and methods for product research and development are understood by mean of a large number of literature of the domestic and foreign.The main problems and the causes on interface management of product research and development in lighting industry were analysed,the effects for performance appraisal methods for current LED lighting on interface management of product research and development was investigated deeply by expert interview with questionnaire survey.Base on the analysis above,this thesis puts forward the design philosophy,assessment model and realization way on performance appraisal index system of interface management.The performance appraisal index system is an important part of performance appraisal for interface management,which is used to improve the interface management level on product research and development,guide and motivate employees to complete research and development of the LED lighting.This research solves the problem of the simplified mechanism on the appraisal by mean of the supervisor,ambiguous division of responsibilities and private appraisal,puts forward a way to build performance appraisal index in interface management for product research and development,and it has theoretical and practical significance to improve the interface management level of product research and development.
