With the Chinese economy into the new normal,the logistics industry as the basic and strategic industry that support the social economy steady and rapid development,gradually transform from the past low threshold,human-intensive industries into the rely on high-tech,capital-intensive Industrial.With China and the related countries of"The Belt and Road" bilateral trade amounted to 995.5 billion dollars in 2005.The gradual promotion and implementation of "The Belt and Road" strategic concept,and the growing scale of China's e-commerce transactions,bring the new strategic opportunities for china.The China's total logistics costs in 2016 accounted for the proportion of gross national product fell to 14.9%,although the proportion of performance in recent years showed a significant decline in the trend,but compared with the developed countries,there are still large gaps.The main reason is the China's third party Logistics enterprises lack of innovation awareness.Lack of investment in innovation resources.Innovation process is also more use of imitation innovation.Low level of customer engagement.Therefore,The China's third-party logistics enterprises how to change the current phenomenon that the high operating costs,weak profitability,shortage of the high-end logistics by innovation is the urgent need.However,the current research mainly focuses on enterprise logistics outsourcing,logistics enterprise innovation ability evaluation and individual innovation model or individual enterprise performance evaluation,the relationship between the two is relatively small.Therefore,It is necessary to realize the improvement of enterprise performance level efficiently by selecting the service innovation model.I combined with the related knowledge about the innovation management,and after reading a lot of literature and full field research,This paper had decided to select the third party logistics enterprises in China as the research object,and take the "The impact of service innovation model on enterprise performance" as the subject.This paper chooses three types of innovation models from the perspective of the role of affiliated enterprises in the service innovation-customer-oriented innovation model,enterprise-oriented innovation model and paradigmatic service innovation model.And use the financial indicators,customer indicators,human resources indicators and business process indicators to measure the level of enterprise performance.And introduced the innovation ability as part of the mediator variable.Finally,Based on the relevant theoretical analysis,this paper put forward the corresponding research hypotheses.In the specific empirical section,this paper choosed the third party logistics enterprises in Shandong province as the research object,and made the rele-vant questionnaire survey of the logistics enterprises in Shandong province for the date.The reliability of the data were analyzed by using spss21 statistical software,and then the validity of the selected observation variables was tested by factor analysis method.And then verify the initial proposed structural equation path model is reasonable,through the addition and deletion of the path to correct the model to get the final relationship between the path map,that is,The impact of different service innovation models on enterprise innovation capability and firm performance.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The third-party logistics enterprises in the innovation process more use of the paradigmatic service innovation model.Which is the enterprise innovate more by imitating and introducing the competitor's service content or service way.In the process of innovation,customer participation is relatively low.(2).The customer-oriented service innovation model has the most significant and positive impact on enterprise performance.The model of paradigmatic service innovation model and enterprise-oriented service innovation has a positive impact on the performance of the firm,but the effect is weak,and has a not significant impact on theenterprise's innovation ability.(3)From the four indicators to measure business performance,The customer-oriented innovation model has the most significant impact on finance,customer,business process and human resource index,and it is very significant positive correlation.The paradigmatic service innovation model have significant effect on the performance of the financial indicators and the customer indicators,it has significant negative influence on business process indicators and has no significant influence on human resources indicators.The enterprise-oriented innovation model has significant positive influence on enterprise innovation of financial indicators,human resources indicators and business process indicators,but the influence degree is not high,and the influence to customer indicators is not significant.(4)The enterprise innovation ability has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance.Improve the innovation ability of enterprises can effectively promote the level of the enterprise performance.Based on the above conclusions,this study believes that the China's third-party logistics enterprises to achieve sustained and rapid development,from customer demand to start innovation is the most important way to improve the enterprise performance.First of all,the enterprises should actively establish a strategic alliance with the customer business,and take the initiative to stimulate customers to participate in all aspects of enterprise service innovation process.Next,The enterprise can adopt the"iron triangle" tactic,let the employees who faced the customers directly to participate in the innovative decision-making,and improve the effectiveness of innovative input-output.Finally,the enterprises should play a variety of innovative models of complementary and linkage effect,and by improving the ability of enterprises innovation to improve the level enterprise performance.
