Research On Operational Performance Impact Analysis And Modeling Of Small And Medium Third Party Logistics Companies

Logistics is a basic and strategic industry to support the national economical development,and that logistics costs remain at a high level,will reduce the competitiveness of enterprise products.In particular,some small and medium-sized third-party logistics enterprises in China were developed in the wave of rapid economic development.They urgently need to improve operational performance and competitiveness in the management philosophy and technology falling behind,foreign logistics giants joining the Chinese logistics market competition,and facing huge market and fierce competition Environment.This thesis discusses the influencing factors of the performance of small and medium third party logistics companies from the aspects of leadership behavior,enterprise strategy and organizational innovation.On the basis of analyzing the relevant literature,this thesis puts forward the hypothesis and establishes the structural equation model.SPSS and AMOS were used.Finally,the six assumptions were established: leadership behavior had a positive effect on organizational strategy,corporate strategy and organizational innovation and organizational innovation.Enterprise strategy,organizational innovation,corporate strategy and organizational innovation are playing an intermediary role between the leadership behavior and organizational innovation,business strategy and operational performance,leadership behavior and operational performance.Based on the positive factors and the influencing factors of the performance of HY companies,the author puts forward practical suggestions for improving the performance of HY companies by analyzing the two-level and three-level indicators of influencing factors,and promoting the operation of HY companies.In theory,this thesis has provided some theoretical support for the small and medium-sized third-party logistics company in improving the operational performance.
