Along with the rapid development of social economy,automobile industry developed rapidly.Automobile industry sales personnel has already become enterprise between competing for wealth.In recent years,the car a sharp rise in the number of sales,sales staff shortages gradually revealed.Followed by the Labour market information openness of gradually strengthen,turnover rise step by step.This paper aims to survey A car sales company,understand the main factors influencing the sales staff turnover rate,and combined with the specific situation in the development of A company to explore countermeasures to reduce sales staff turnover rate.This study in heze city of shandong province automobile sales co,LTD as A sample,through the on-the-spot investigation of the company,the deep analysis of the influence the real cause of the company turnover.This study consists of five parts altogether.The first part mainly is the introduction,introduced this article research background,research purpose,the significance of technical route and research methods of the main.The second part is the study of literature review,combed the concept,type,and the related theory about personnel drain model.At the same time,summarizes the domestic and foreign research achievements about sales staff turnover,and review them.The third part mainly from the present situation and the development of A company human resource to analyze.In this section expounds the the main characteristics of the loss of the company's sales personnel.And analyses the loss of sales staff to the adverse impact of the company.The fourth part in the participants' decision model under the guidance of the theory,the specific reason for the analysis of the company sales personnel loss.The study found that affect the erosion is the main reason why the company sales personnel have the company's internal management system,including compensation system,staff care concept,promotion channels,performance appraisal system,etc.;Labour market liquidity have labor market information,created a great demand for sales personnel,intensifying competition between the industry and so on.Individuals from employees,such as age,length of service,family and career development.The fifth part of the article mainly discusses the reduce the thinking of the company sales staff turnover rate,put forward from the recruitment system,performance appraisal system,strengthening training,build reasonable salary system,shape a powerful countermeasures,such as enterprise culture.
