As can be seen from the current market situation,China's auto sales industry is about to undergo a great change,and 4S stores,which are widely used by auto retailers,are the first to face the pressure from this industry.4.S shop will face the current situation for many reasons,such as tariff reduction,macro-control by importing countries and the return of the domestic automobile market to its proper growth mode.In addition,the most important factor for this situation is the defect of 4S stores' own mode.At the same time,with the adjustment of national policies and the maturity of domestic consumer market,4S stores are also facing unprecedented opportunities.As the auto sales industry is in a period of vigorous growth,4S store mode focuses on obtaining franchise rights of specific manufacturers' cars,making every effort to obtain more and enough cars,quickly selling existing products and obtaining considerable cash flow,but they put the construction of sales team at the bottom.Now domestic 4 S inn management is optional sex is strong,the leader says a word,pat a head,the loyalty that sells personnel to the enterprise is not high,malign dig talent corner between the enterprise,the frequent flow of talent,the enthusiasm of employee is low and more and more complain to profit allocation.Based on theoretical research and work practice,this paper systematically studies the compensation management of RH sales consultants.RH automobile sales and service co.,ltd.is a wholly-owned subsidiary of RH group,specializing in the sales of saic Volkswagen products.It is a 4S franchiser that combines car sales,maintenance services,spare parts supply and sunshine handcart.At present,the market development of RH company is still in the stage of rapid development,and it is urgent to retain and attract excellent sales talents.Employee compensation management is the key to the success of the company.Therefore,establishing a competitive compensation model as soon as possible is the primary task of the company's organizational and management activities,which means whether the company can survive and grow in this wave.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of RH company's sales consultant compensation system,expounds the core competitiveness of RH company's sales consultant compensation system,and puts forward the ideas and methods of RH compensation management reform.Combined with the industry environment,competition and its own advantages and disadvantages faced by RH company,the improvement scheme of compensation management system was developed.Set up the post salary of sales consultant according to the company's operation situation and industry salary level;Design incentive wages with stronger incentive effect;Emphasize the importance of seniority pay,overtime pay and benefits.In addition,this paper also puts forward three Suggestions for the smooth implementation of the compensation reform program,namely,organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and cultural guarantee.This paper takes RH company as the research object,and the research conclusion has a great promotion effect on the promotion and reform of salary management reform scheme in the sales industry,and hopes to provide certain reference and reference for the same industry or adjacent industries.
