With the rapid development of world economy,as a pillar industry of the national economy construction faced with the huge development opportunity and space,society is extremely urgent demand for all kinds of construction personnel,accordingly,human resource management in the development of construction enterprises are playing an increasingly important role.But the reality is China's current construction enterprise staff overall quality has serious is not in conformity with the rapid development of market demand,so it is particularly important to enterprise's human resources training work.On the other hand,the domestic construction enterprises,especially by the past after several restructuring state-owned enterprises private construction enterprises,to realize the importance of human resource training is not enough,most still follow the past is behind the model of human resource management.That caused this type of enterprise,the employee personal development and enterprise development can not be well together,a virtuous cycle.Only strengthen the management of human resources training,so that employees continually improve the ability to adapt to market development and production,to achieve efficient human resources management,thus better create benefits for the enterprise,promote enterprise development.So,establish and improve human resources training management system is our country construction enterprise comprehensive development task and a long way in the future.This article through to the domestic and foreign relevant scholars literature research on the management of construction enterprise human resources training,this paper expounds the management of human resources training,construction enterprise human resources training management and other related theory,has analyzed our country construction enterprise management characteristics and the importance of human resources training,as well as the construction enterprises in the new period of the problems existing in the management of human resources training.Key to building construction enterprise training system optimization as the research object,with TL city YZ construction and installation company as a case,put forward the training system present situation and existing problems of YZ company,analyses the composition of the company's existing training system and characteristics of and issues of YZ company training system has carried on the diagnosis,the last of YZ company training system,the optimization scheme design.
