The speed of urbanization has accelerated,resulting in increasing pressure of urban traffic,with the development of the infrastructure construction,traffic of urban can not meet needs of people.At the same time,the problems such as traffic congestion,traffic pollution and unreasonable traffic planning restrict the development of urban traffic.Therefore,in this context,it is necessary to carry out systematic analysis and empirical research on the traffic efficiency of each city,to provide the basis for solving problem.Based on the traditional model of DEA,this paper introduces the non-expected output model,uses the traditional model to calculate the urban traffic efficiency based on the non-ecological environment,calculates the urban traffic efficiency based on the ecological environment using the non-expected output model,and compares the efficiency value.Constructing Spatial Metrological Model to study the influencing factors of urban ecological traffic efficiency.The main contents of the paper are as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the concept,theoretical basis and research status of urban traffic efficiency,and puts forward four factors,namely,economic factors,technical factors,policy factors and social factors,which affect the urban traffic efficiency.The Interpretative structural modeling was used to analyze the surface factors,the middle factors and the root factors.Secondly,according to the relative importance of each factor,select the different indicators,in this paper,the input indicators are urban GDP,population density,employment,energy consumption and other indicators,the output indicators are passenger volume and freight volume.As the traditional model does not take into account the expected output of this factor,introducing of CO2 emissions as an undesirable output,recalculating the city's ecological transport efficiency value.Thirdly,this paper uses Max DEA,Matlab and other tools to analyze the data of the 30 cities in China in 2006-2015,which is divided into two cases:one is based on the ecological environment;the second is based on non-ecological environment,the results show that:the efficiency value of the urban traffic is different,western cities have higher traffic efficiency values and lower eastern and central regions.The efficiency value based on the non-ecological environment is mainly distributed in0.6-1,and the efficiency value based on ecological environment is mainly concentrated in 0.5-0.8,the efficiency value in the non-ecological environment is generally higher than the efficiency value in the ecological environment,which indicates that the CO2 emission has some damage to the urban traffic efficiency.In the non-expected output model,the efficiency value of most cities is about 0.5,indicating that most of China's urban traffic has not reached the standard of ecological transport.Fourthly,the Spatial econometric model is used to analyze the influencing factors of eco-city traffic efficiency,contrasting the Spatial Lag Model and the Spatial Error Model,so as to select the Spatial Lag Model to study the influencing factors of urban ecological traffic efficiency.The empirical results show that the per capita GDP,traffic vehicles and urban green area are positively correlated with the urban ecological traffic efficiency.The rate of urbanization,the number of taxis and the number of private cars are negatively correlated with the urban ecological traffic efficiency.Finally,summarizing and making a presentation on this paper.
